Climb with us
Our nearly 12,000 square foot facility has four types of climbing designed to encourage and challenge all levels of climbers.
Bouldering
Bouldering is climbing on shorter walls (12-15 feet) with no rope or harness. Big, padded floors reduce impact when you fall. Boulder “problems” can be more thoughtful/challenging than roped climbs. Adventus has over 76 boulder problems of all skill levels and beginners can sign up for Learn to Climb class.

Auto-belays
Auto-belays allow climbers to clip in and climb without the need for another climber to belay them. Adventus has 6 auto-belays, offering 11 routes of varying difficulty. This provides options for a variety of skill levels! All visitors are permitted to use the auto-belays after they complete our quick facility orientation.
Top Rope
With top-roping, the climber is attached to a pre-hung rope through a belay device. The belayer (or rope holder) is attached to the other end of the rope and manages slack through the device as the climber ascends and descends the wall. Adventus has 22 top-rope routes and offers classes to learn and become belay proficient.
Lead Climbing
Lead climbing is an advanced form of rope climbing where the climber hangs a rope, through a series of devices called quickdraws, as they ascend the wall. Adventus has 11 lead routes and offers classes to learn and become lead climbing proficient. Prerequisites are needed for this course.
